This page should illustrate various approaches to wiping and cleaning FFM tool nozzles on tool changes to allow for successful and clean prints.
Nozzle Wiper
There is currently a ready-made model for a nozzle wiper hosted on the main Jubilee GitHub repository that is designed to work with 3mm thick silicone strips.
One user reported very good results using baffle material for aircraft, available for $2.50 per foot from Aircraft Spruce
